Ayesha Curry joins Warriors' victory lap after Steph drops Luka Doncic in comeback
Ayesha Curry reposted Warriors comeback content after Steph Curry dropped Luka Doncic. Golden State is now 3-3 and favored against the Clippers on Sunday.

The Golden State Warriors were still celebrating their comeback against the Lakers on Saturday, and Ayesha Curry joined in. The New York Post reported that she shared Warriors content to her Instagram Story after Friday's 112-95 win. The team's own postgame post was built around slow-motion replays of Stephen Curry sending Luka Doncic to the floor.
The Warriors captioned that post with the number that made the night historic: no NBA team since 1997-98, when play-by-play tracking began, had trailed by 25 or more and gone on to win by as many as 17. The Post noted that Ayesha did not repost the crossover itself. She shared a different clip of her husband firing up the Chase Center crowd. In the context of the night, though, the Post read it as one more jab at Doncic from the Curry household.
The play behind all of this came with 6:27 left in the third quarter. ESPN reported that Golden State spent much of the second half setting screens to get Doncic switched onto Curry. On the left wing, Curry's dribble combination made Doncic lose his footing and fall. Curry stopped for a moment, looked down at him and made a 3. Curry later told Amazon Prime's postgame crew he "didn't expect it to get that nasty," according to ESPN.
The Lakers had raced to a 38-15 lead after one quarter, with Doncic scoring 21 points in that period, and pushed the margin to 25 early in the second. Golden State answered with its own 38-15 quarter. Georges Niang and De'Anthony Melton combined for 27 bench points, and Brandin Podziemski added 21 points and six assists. Curry finished with 31 points and has 75 over his last two games. Doncic still scored 37. Rookie Yaxel Lendeborg, who had criticized Doncic before the rematch, fouled out with six points and five turnovers. The two teams don't meet again until Jan. 27.
What it means against the Clippers
The win evened Golden State at 3-3. The Warriors opened 0-3, losing 127-105 in Los Angeles, then 111-108 at home to Memphis and 131-122 in Phoenix. Since then they have won three straight: 134-114 in Denver, 119-114 in Minnesota behind Curry's 44, and now the Lakers comeback. Two of those three wins were on the road. Next is the LA Clippers at Chase Center on Sunday night, Nov. 1, streaming on NBA League Pass and ClipperVision.
The Warriors are favored on this site's board for the game, which tracks 10 venues. Novig, one of those venues, has Golden State at -125 on the moneyline and the Clippers at +117. The sportsbooks' hold on that market runs from 3.8% to 5.1%. On the spread, Novig lists the Warriors at -1.5 for -120. FanDuel has the best price on that line at -115. Clippers backers will find the widest cushion at DraftKings, which offers +2.5 at -115, against Novig's +1.5 at -102. The total sits around 219.5. Novig has the over at -106 and the under at -122, while BetMGM has the best under price at -110 and BetRivers has the over at 218.5 for -112.
The venues are close on the side and the total. The biggest gap is the one-point difference on the Clippers' spread. After the past week, the market still sees a narrow home edge for a team that has fallen behind early more than once.
